How it works
Step 1
schedule a new patient
Telehealth visit.
Please call our staff to initiate and schedule a visit. After we gather preliminary information regarding your illness and medical needs, we will contact our physician to make sure a virtual visit is appropriate for you. You will then be given an appointment at your convenience or connected with the doctor immediately if he is available.
Step 2
Talk to our urgent care
doctor.
Our urgent care doctor will call you and start a video visit using your smart phone or computer. During the visit, our doctor will get detailed information regarding your medical illness and determine your diagnosis and treatment plan. The doctor will answer all your questions and disucss the treatment plan with you.
Step 3
Pick up your prescriptions
at your local pharmacy.
We submit prescriptions electronically to your local pharmacy. If your condition can’t be treated via a video visit, our doctor will offer you an urgent house call to perform a more in-depth evaluation and provide you with the appropriate treatment.
